2020 H-ISAC BOARD NOMINATIONS COMING SOON
It is that time of year again to start thinking about nominations for the 2020 Board Elections! Typically, Board Director terms are three years. This year we will have 6 seats up for election, five for 3 years and one for 1 year.
Look for an announcement to come in August regarding the process for nominations, criteria and deadlines.

This month, H-ISAC published a white paper: Medical Device Security – Landscape of Global Regulatory Guidance. This report, the first in a four-part series, provides a summary of guidance documents and directives from major global regulatory bodies including the United States, European Union, Canada, Australia, and Japan. It aims to help Medical Device Manufacturers and Healthcare Delivery Organizations navigate the complex landscape posed by myriad guidance.
Future papers in these series are planned to include a cross-comparison of convergences and trends and specific expectations on standards as well as include a series of interviews with global regulators to gain their perspective on market challenges and how regulations can help guide industry.
