We are currently seeking presenters for the Route to Security Summit being held in Phoenix, Arizona. Be part of the renown H-ISAC Summit as a presenter by sharing your stories, best practices, and knowledge with your peers. **Purchase of a speaking sponsorship (Anchor/Platinum) is required to be a speaker. Vendor organizations are not able to attend without sponsoring. Any vendor organization that submits a Call For Paper without selecting a sponsorship, will be rejected.
Registration Information
Step 1. Review Sponsor Prospectus
Look through the Sponsor Prospectus to see what sponsorship level is right for you.
Step 2. Secure Your Sponsorship
Once you’ve decided on the sponsorship you want, you’ll need to register to reserve your spot. When checking out, you can choose to pay via credit card or opt to be sent an invoice in your confirmation email. Full payment is due November 4th.
Step 3. Complete Assigned Tasks
Once you’ve registered for your sponsorship, you’ll be invited to an onboarding call to review your assigned tasks.
Step 4. Register Your Sponsor Representatives
Securing your sponsorship does NOT mean you are registered to attend the Summit. Ensure your sponsor reps have passes by registering them through the Exhibitor Management Tool.

Can I buy an extra pass?

If there is any unapproved Sponsor Event held before, during, or after any part of the Summit the sponsor will be invoiced for the appropriate sponsorship level posted on the prospectus and can be barred from future Summits.
Can I do a badge swap with my coworker?
How do I collect leads at the Summit?
Attendees that have opted-in will have a QR code on their namebadge that contains their contact information. We recommend downloading a lead scanning product of your choosing to scan the QR codes. We do not provide any lead scanning device rentals at this time.
When can my shipment arrive?
You may schedule any shipments to arrive at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa the week of November 28. Please clearly mark your company and representative’s names on the Summit shipping label. Doing this will increase the speed at which your items will be delivered to your booth. Handling charges may apply.
Please note: You MUST have a cc Auth Form on file with the hotel by November 14.

Code of Conduct
If you experience harassment, or witness any incidents of unacceptable behavior, H-ISAC asks that you inform an H-ISAC staff member or H-ISAC Human Resource Department at HR@h-isac.org so that we may take the appropriate action.
Unacceptable Behavior is defined as:
• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
• Verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, H-ISAC staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest. Examples of verbal abuse include, but are not limited to, verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations, or threatening or stalking any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, H-ISAC staff member, service provider, or other meeting guest.
• Proper attire is business casual. Presenters are expected to wear appropriate clothing to include (Business casual dress: collared shirt, pants and dress) and be well groomed in a respectful manner.
• Disruption of presentations during sessions, in the exhibit hall, on-line or at other events organized by H-ISAC. All participants must comply with the instructions of the moderator and any H-ISAC event staff.
• Presentations, postings, and messages should not contain promotional materials, special offers, job offers, product announcements, or solicitation for services. H-ISAC reserves the right to remove such messages and potentially ban sources of those solicitations.
• Participants should not photograph, copy or take screen shots presentations, Q&A or any chat room activity that takes place in the event.
H-ISAC reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior. H-ISAC reserves the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in person.
Deadline & Cancellation Policy
Sponsor may cancel their Sponsorship anytime up to 45 days prior to the date of the Event, by submitting a written request for cancellation detailing the circumstances causing the cancellation to summit@h-isac.org (“Cancellation Notice”). H-ISAC will process a full refund, less a reasonable administrative fee ($1,000) within 30 days of receipt of the Cancellation Notice. No refunds will be given for any Cancellation Notice received less than 45 days before the date of the Event.
H-ISAC may cancel or reschedule the Event due to a Force Majeure Event, or for any other reason in its sole discretion. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the following:

- If the Event is re-scheduled in the same year, no refund will be given and credit will be applied to the same level of sponsorship at for the rescheduled date.
- If the Event is cancelled and changed to a virtual Event, Sponsor may choose to receive a full refund, or apply the credit to the virtual Event or to the next scheduled Event at the same level of sponsorship.
- If the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, and not changed to a virtual Event, summit, Sponsor may choose to receive a full refund, or apply the credit to the next scheduled Event at the same level of sponsorship.
Notwithstanding the forgoing, H-ISAC shall not be responsible for any other costs, charges, or expenses, including but not limited to travel and lodging expenses.
All attendees, sponsors, guests, and staff must agree and adhere to the Events Code of Conduct at any H-ISAC Event (Summits, workshops, meetings, etc.).
