Health Information Sharing and Analysis Center (Health-ISAC) thanks retiring Board Member and welcomes new Board Member from The Netherlands

Health Information Sharing and Analysis Center (Health-ISAC), a global,
member-driven non-profit that is the health and public health (HPH) sector’s trusted community for sharing cyber and physical security information, announces a recent change to its Board of Directors.

Health-ISAC Board member, Marene N. Allison, has announced her retirement as VP and CISO, of Johnson and Johnson and will be stepping down from the Health-ISAC Board.

“Marene has been an amazing leader and pioneer for women executives in cybersecurity. We thank her for her contributions to the health sector and to Health-ISAC including serving on the Health-ISAC Board of Directors for the past five years”, says Denise Anderson, President and CEO Health-ISAC, “While she will be missed, we wish her all the best in her well-earned retirement.”

Dirk de Wit, Head of Product Security at Phillips has been appointed to complete Ms. Allison’s Board term. De Wit, who resides in The Netherlands, will begin the 2-year term on December 7, 2022.

“I am very pleased to welcome Dirk de Wit to the Health-ISAC Board”, Ms. Anderson adds, “and I look forward working with him over the next two years.”

Health-ISAC’s Board members represent a diverse global cross-section of healthcare delivery stakeholders in various subsectors of the industry. The Board of Directors serves in a voluntary capacity to provide strategic governance and direction for Health-ISAC’s community using their experience and expertise as security leaders in healthcare organizations within the Health and Public Health (HPH) sector.
